I was going through some old files and found this comic I did for the Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz back in the summer of 2011, when Israelis were protesting their government over the economy by setting up tent encampments in city centers (in part inspired by the Indignados protests in Spain earlier that year). At the end of the comic, my character is thinking “what if this happened in New York?” A few months later, Occupy Wall Street set up camp in lower Manhattan’s Zuccotti park and other protest encampments sprung up all over the world. All of that seems like such a long time ago now…
Anyway, this is me adding it to the site in case you want to read an out-dated comic!
