Tonight I’ll be leaving New York and headed to Angoulême, France, where I’ll be an artist in residence at the Maison des Auteurs. The plan is to stay there for about 7 months while I work on the next book and various short pieces.
I’ve lived in Brooklyn for 9 years and now I am pretty sure I won’t be moving back here once the residency is over. I’m gonna miss it.
I’ll update again from the MdA. Bye!

I would love to come back to Brooklyn! But its just not affordable for me right now. Unless I start selling millions of books, I’m going to move out to a smaller city with a lower cost of living for a while.
